Please remember that it is more important to choose a good loan officer, not the institution. Loan officers simultaneously do two jobs. One is to be your advocate in getting the loan approved and the other is to deliver quality loans. Of course you want the loan officer who has proven his reliability in the past -- someone you can trust.
